This information is anonymised and used to produce statistical reports to allow us to evaluate how our websites are used.

Your Data

The data entered during registration is only available to yourself and the the system administrator for maintenance and generic demographic information.

All the session data is only available to your self and your designated coach. The system administrator may use your session data to improve the analysis and understanding of the data. Also, if you agreed to share your data, it will be included in the League tables.

Privacy in Android and Apple Smartphone Applications

All Smartphones

Other than the data defined for each session, no personal data from your phone is accessed or shared.
The app communicates via Bluetooth with the sensor to connect and collect the session data.
When the App has finished collecting the session data, it saves the data in storage on the phone. You may upload the session data to the website, if you want.
The internet connection is used to check and update calcuation factors, verify the sensor is registered and to upload session data to this website.

Android 10+ Smartphones

Google has changed the privacy policies for Android 10 and above relating to permissions.
The App does not use LOCATION data at all. LOCATION and other permissions are not used in the background and are only used while the App is running.
The app requires a number of these permissions to provide you with the required functionality.
These incldue:

• BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT - The app communicates via Bluetooth with the sensor to connect and collect the session data
• ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION - By using Bluetooth, this Permission is required to enable the App to connect to the Bluetooth sensor and collect the session data.
• INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - These are used to check and update calcuation factors, verify the sensor is registered and to upload session data to this website.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - These are used to save the Session data to your device. No data is uploaded from your device without your actively uploading it.
